IP and Western blot

 

0.25 mg cell lysates of HEK-293T transfected with EGFP expression vector or empty vector were immunoprecipitated with ChainFree^TM Anti-GFP Magnetic Beads (FI8205).

 

Western blot was performed from the immunoprecipitate using Anti-GFP antiboby (FI01110) at 1/1000 dilution. Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L (HRP) was used for detection at 1/8000 dilution.
